A little more about stress…
Stress is a natural response that our bodies are programmed for and can be a helpful response when you need it. However, when you are stressed on a regular basis, this can wear your body out and put you at increased risk of many diseases. It can leave you feeling tired, unmotivated, anxious, or depressed. It also interferes with blood sugar balance, sleep, and hormone balance. Yikes!
Class will be held online via zoom. You don’t need an account to participate! A link to join the class will be emailed out 30 min before class starts.
Suggested cost for this class is $25. If you are not able to afford the cost at this time, please let me know what you are able to pay (even if that is $0) and I will get you registered for this class.
