Stress is present in all our lives – and for many of us now more than ever. And stress can be a good thing – but what happens when there’s too much of a good thing? Well, our bodies get out of balance. While a little stress can be good, too much can cause extra wear and tear – leaving us feeling tired, burned out, etc. Can you relate?

A little more about stress…
Stress is a natural response that our bodies are programmed for and can be a helpful response when you need it. However, when you are stressed on a regular basis, this can wear your body out and put you at increased risk of many diseases. It can leave you feeling tired, unmotivated, anxious, or depressed. It also interferes with digestion, blood sugar balance, immune system function, sleep, and hormone balance. Yikes!
