Zoodling, spiralizing, and ricing vegetables are great ways to increase vegetable intake and nutrient density of your meals. In this hands-on class you’ll learn how to work with different vegetables and cook tasty recipes with zoodles, spiralized, and riced veggies! We’ll sample what we make while discussing the benefits of the different vegetables and techniques used. Participants will be able to take home leftovers (if there are any!).
