Balancing blood sugar is important for everyone – not just those diagnosed with diabetes or prediabetes. When our blood sugar is balanced, it helps our body maintain optimal function. And when it’s not balanced, it can be the root cause of many chronic conditions.
In this class, we’ll talk about what happens in the body when blood sugar is out of balance and learn how to balance our blood sugar using whole foods and lifestyle modifications.
Class will be held online via zoom. You don’t need an account to participate! A link to join the class will be emailed out 30 min before class starts.
