Cook with Me: Oodles of Zoodles

Zucchini season is right around the corner!  So there’s no better time than now to learn fun, creative ways to add this vegetable into your meal planning.  And, once you learn how to spiralize zucchini, you can use this technique with other veggies as well, which is a great way to increase your daily vegetable intake!

In this hands-on course, we’ll make 2 zoodle recipes together online via zoom!  Once you register, you’ll be provided with the recipes as well an ingredient and supply list.  All you need to do is gather everything prior to class time and then we’ll make the recipes together!  I’ll be demonstrating and cooking online via video as we make the recipes together and also be available for any questions you may have while you’re cooking at home.  Of course, if you’d prefer to just watch, you can do that too, but wouldn’t it be better if at the end of the class you had your own zoodle dishes to enjoy?  I think so!


What we’ll be making:

  • Summer Zoodle Salad with Sundried Tomatoes
  • Cashew Chicken Zoodles

Recommended cooking equipment:

  • Spiralizer or mandolin slicer*
  • Large skillet or sauté pan

*if you don’t have a way to make zoodles, that’s fine!  You can still make both recipes, the zucchini will just be in rounds or quartered instead of noodle-shaped.

Class will be held online via zoom. You don’t need an account to participate! A link to join the class will be emailed out 30 min before class starts.

Suggested cost for this class is $30. If you are not able to afford the cost at this time, please let me know what you are able to pay (even if that is $0) and I will get you registered for this class.

A note about registration – after clicking book now, you will be taken to a calendar. Look for the date of the class, which will be in a light green color, to complete your registration.  Registration will close 1 hour before class starts, but I suggest registering earlier so you insure you have all the supplies and ingredients you need!
